This 4-week series is for anyone who wants to show up like a badass for our studio classes--and for life. We know that our classes are challenging and fast-paced. We take this intentional approach because we know it makes you stronger both on and off the mat. In this workshop, we will slow it down, break it down, and give you an opportunity ask question.

Pelvic health physical therapy offers a multitude of benefits. Following the yoga portion of class, Kelly Barry, DPT and Pelvic Health Specialist with Renew Wellness, will introduce modalities used in pelvic health physical therapy. Kelly will also offer exercises to assist with labor and delivery, enhance the strength and mobility of the pelvic floor muscles, and alleviate pain in order to enhance overall wellbeing both during and after pregnancy.
